Cm Shivraj inaugurates IPS service Meet in Kushabhau Thackeray Stadium in the Capital Bhopal

Bhopal: After the IAS service meet, now the IPS service meet is also being organized in the capital. On Saturday, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the IPS service meet by reaching Kushabhau Thackeray Auditorium. State Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena as well as top police officers and their relatives are present in this program. On the occasion, CM Shivraj praised the policemen for their duty and the spirit of service and said that patriotism and public service being implemented literally throughout the year. During Covid-19, our police personnel and officers stood at the crossroads keeping their lives in their palm and tying a shroud on their heads. It is commendable. Madhya Pradesh Police has a glorious history. Be it Punjab, North East, Kashmir, wherever the need arose, you went and contributed to maintain the unity and integrity of the country with great success!
CM Shivraj further said that it is most important to break the back of criminals. 23 thousand acres of land was made free from encroachments. We are satisfied with the law and order situation. Daughters are raped. Sometimes the accused are relatives. We have to stop such crimes. He said that during the Corona period, the policemen worked with a shroud on their heads. It fills us all with pride. Madhya Pradesh has a different name in the country in terms of policing and our police has a different reputation in the country. Our officers have earned name all over the country. Our police went to Jammu-Kashmir, Northeast wherever needed and achieved success. Former IPS officers Sarabjit Singh and Vijay Yadav played a big role in eliminating the dacoits. Police can stop drug trade by coming in the role of community policing and social reformer.
