Jabalpur: Ajay Patail, age 53, resident of Jhanda Chowk, Subhash Nagar, lodged a report in police station Ranjhi on 7-1-23 at around 11-30 pm, that he works as a tutor, and visited Kali Ma along with his family on 31-12-22. Raju alias Rajkumar Patail, age 60, had come to his house about 4 months ago from Hyderabad, on whose responsibility he had left the house. When Ajay Came back on the night of 5-1-23 saw that Raju alias Rajkumar was not in the house, the lock of the room adjacent to the hall was broken, went inside the room and saw that the lock of the iron almirah was broken, in which 4 gold bracelets, 2 chains, 1 Mangalsutra big, 1 ring, 1 pair of earring, 8 pearls to be used in Mangalsutra, 1 locket, 1 silver anklet were missing, he searched a lot for Raju alias Rajkumar and could not find it. He has stolen Rupees. On the report, the crime of Section 380 Bhadvi was registered and taken into consideration. On getting information about Raju alias Rajkumar being in Hyderabad, a team was sent to Hyderabad, while searching for the accused Raju alias Rajkumar father Kamalsingh Patel, age 60, resident of Jhanda Chowk, Ranjhi, was taken into custody and stolen at the sight of the accused. While seizing the precious gold and silver ornaments worth lakhs of rupees, the accused was duly arrested in the case and presented before the honorable court and sent to jail in judicial custody.
