EOW presents challan of more than 4000 pages in Bishop PC Singh's case, family & Suresh Jacob named accused

Jabalpur. In the famous forgery case of former Bishop PC Singh in Jabalpur, the EOW on Monday presented an challan of more than four thousand pages. The EOW has presented a challan against PC Singh, wife Nora Singh, son Piyush Singh and Suresh Jacob. In which all the allegations against PC Singh have been proved.
EOW has told in the challan that PC Singh has embezzled crores from missionary schools. Missionary land worth crores was sold fraudulently. Along with this, it has also been told that he used to play the game of making bishops by taking money. Not only this, the ineligible person was made the principal of the school by taking money. He had also made his wife the director of several organizations simultaneously.
On September 8, the EOW team raided the office and house of the then Bishop PC Singh in Napier Town. Property worth crores was unearthed during the raid. PC Singh was out during the raid. EOW arrested him from Nagpur airport. Investigation also revealed that there were 6 crore rupees deposited in the bank in the name of his family members. EOW investigation is still going on in the matter. Charges have been framed on the accused under sections 496, 420, 467, 468, 471,120B, IPC and 7C, 13 (1) B, 2 PC Act.
