26 Hindu kids given islamic teachings in Madarsa at HM Narottam's home district Datia, Commission for child protection issues notice

The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has taken cognizance of the issue of Islamic education to Hindu children in a madrasa run in Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra's home district Datia. The commission has issued a notice to the collector and directed to take action.
Giving information about this by tweeting, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights Priyank Kanungo wrote that in Madhya Pradesh's Datia district, a case of giving Islamic training to Hindu children in a madrassa has come to the fore. The National Child Rights Protection Commission is taking cognizance of the matter. Issuing notice to the Datia collector, directing action.
26 Hindu children found in Madrasa
In fact, recently the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights had inspected Arabiya Madrasa of Datia. During this, a total of 68 children were registered there. Of these, the number of Hindu children is 26, including daughters. This in itself is a shocking number. Classes from class one to eight are being conducted in this madrasa in only two rooms.
People say in hushed language that the children studying in the madrassa are being taught Urdu and religious education is also given. On the other hand, Madrasa director Moeen Khan says that our Madrasa gets grant from the government and we teach the children only the courses authorized by the government. Many Hindu children also study in our madrassa, but Urdu is taught only to Muslim children. Yes, if a Hindu child wants to learn Urdu and his parents give it in writing, then we teach him Urdu. There is also a teacher in our madrasa to teach religious education and we give religious education only to Muslim children.
