Betul: Man beaten to death for ransom, accused fled leaving the body in private hospital

In Betul Madhya Pradesh a man was beaten to death for ransom. After the murder, the accused fled, leaving the body in a private hospital. The police disclosed this matter within 12 hours. Police have arrested 6 accused related to the incident. The ransom amount recovered from them has also been confiscated.
According to the information, a person named Sajid Khan was kidnapped for ransom on Thursday night in Bhaisdehi of Betul. Sajid Khan was brought from Bhainsdehi to Betul by car and after beating him, a video was made and sent to the family members.
In this case the accused demanded a ransom. Due to the assault, Sajid's condition worsened and the accused fled leaving him in a private hospital, mistaking him as half dead. When the doctor of the private hospital checked, Sajid Khan had already died. The doctor informed the matter to the police.
Betul SP Simala Prasad said, after seeing the footage of the CCTV camera installed in the hospital, it was found that the accused had come in a black car. When the owner was traced by the number of the car, it came to know that the car was sold 2 days ago. The relatives of the deceased told the police that Sajid was kidnapped for ransom. The family members also gave 90 thousand rupees to the kidnappers.
Police has arrested 6 accused in this case. 4 accused Vicky Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Sonu Khan, Raja Khan were arrested from Amravati, Maharashtra. At the same time, two accused named Jhamru and Golu have been arrested from Betul. An amount of 90 thousand rupees taken as ransom has also been recovered from the accused.
