Bhopal: In Shahjahanabad police station area, two brothers allegedly beat a young man badly with slippers. A video of the assault was made and sent to his female friend. It is said that the victim youth reached the police station after the incident, but his complaint was not registered. The video was circulated on the Internet media on Sunday. After this the police have taken cognizance of the incident.
A youth named Danish, who lives near Shahjahanabad police station, works as a hammali in Galla Mandi located at Bhainsakhedi. Danish's brother told that on Friday evening, Danish had reached home after working from Mandi. During this, Arham and his brother Anas called him with them and took him away. Danish was assaulted with slippers by being taken in the dark near the Model Ground. Those people had also made a video of the incident. After the incident, he had complained to the police station, but the police did not register the case. After the incident, Arham had sent the video of the assault to a female friend. After this, the video was circulated on the Internet media on Sunday. After this, a phone came to him from the police station to come and give information about the incident. In this case, Shahjahanabad police station in-charge Saurabh Pandey said that action would be taken against the accused after taking information about the incident from the victim.
Police registered case against the accused
Shahjahanabad Police has registered a case after investigation in the matter. Police is looking for the accused in this case. In the case, the police also raided some places of the accused, but have not found them yet. The police have reached the house of one of his relatives.
